To be perfectly honest they do try and help you with personal issues and are more forgiving than most places to work ,but that's likely due to the fact they cannot get anyone else to work there .
There were no perks about working at Wilsons.
CEO and all hire up staff are always willing to listen to all staff, especially when it comes to how employees think the company as a whole can progress and continue to build. Also incredibly kind and supportive, they treat you like family at Wilson's.
