Terrible place for work environment. Top heavy with all the emphasis placed on administration and office staff. Training program is nonexistent so sink or swim with the patched up equipment is the norm.

As a driver, no set hours as their dispatch of work assignments hasn’t changed since they were a 40 vehicle school-bus operation 10 years ago. Dispatchers don’t last long and stay on the job 3-6 months on average. Very chaotic day to day and even for multi-day drivers.

Very vindictive mgmt. which could care less about their drivers and mechanics personal well being. Accidents and crashes are the norm as drivers are expected to work 60-70 hours a week.
