Supervisors were very rude, favouritism, a lot of gossiping, unorganized upper management. Your options or concerns will be dismissed, don't even bother complaining. I had no social life working here. Very little room for promotions no matter how good of a worker you are and deserve it or how long you've worked there, favouritism plays a big part.

Working conditions are poor; game attendants and food workers would have to stay in small booths where it would get unbearably warm; customer complaints are usually the result of faulty antique game machines. Poor management, unprofessionalism of employers and supervisors, etc... Overall, William Beasley Enterprises is just a company that cares too little about their employees, does not put the safety of guests as their top priority, and does not put money into what needs to be fixed/maintained.
