What is the work environment and culture like at Wilfrid Laurier University?

It is all just a big party, which is why students have huge (1000+ to 30, 000 people attend) their unsanctioned/illegal parties, where things are very criminal and hugely unreported (WLU tries to squash the fact that they are a party school and people attend for the parties not for the academics).
