A few of the sons will meet you and the supervisor on a Saturday, the boss won't talk to you which is good because he doesn't have anything nice to say. But the kids will only hire you if they think you can do both their share of work and put up with a hazardous environment. They'll go on about taking pride in your work and tell you they want people who care about going slow, taking breaks. But that only applies when you're not with them, if they're around half-hazardly rushed work is normal. The paperwork, textmessage cluster the entire process of starting to work there is a mess, they have a ridiculously high turnover rate.

Dealing with the over Grown children and the broken equipment that’s falling apart. And being super clean with the trucks. They need to be spot less. No jokes. By far the dumbest thing ever.
