Good oppertunity but must be willing to study after training
SVP of Sales (Current Employee) – Toronto, ON – 18 August 2017
The merchant services field has developed a bad rap across the board. Here not so true as we really do lower cost 98% of the time for merchants. You must however be willing to study the training materials after the webinar training and be on the advanced training calls. Combine with referrals and cold calling you can exceed $100,000 1st year. If you do study and cold call you can make a great income and build lifetime residuals.
Decent training and good pricing
You should cold call on top of the lead generation
Sales Executive (Former Employee) – outside of Ontario – 13 December 2016
This company is very unorganized. Leads are weak and in some cases non existent. A lot of driving with no returns. Very minimal and poor training. Never meet the managers if you live outside of Ottawa. Commissions not paid for when managers make the deals. Overall a bad company to work for.
Get to meet new people
No training. Dishonest management. All talk and not much action.
Account Executive (Current Employee) – London, ON – 16 September 2016
Travel all over the place very hard to make sales with in company guidelines! they cancel appointments they setup and when you arrive you are told that you are sick and rescheduled make you look like a heal. Very poor business to work for. Also known as "National Debit Card Network". I spent over $500 to make no sales.
Just my experience. i know some successful people happen here

But... If you are looking for face to face training and easily available support to get you thru initial learning curve. Not your place . Asked for particular help and was ignored on a number of occasions. No callbacks or replies to texts, emails. Seems the reps to manager ratio is way to high to properly assist. One webinar and a portal with some reading materials then they throw you to the wolves 1 day after the webinar. with no support unless you pik this stuff up instantly or have some background. Their deliverables were lacking. An organization is only as good as its training...subpar.
Keep your own schedule, good self gen commision rate
No base salary . Training and followup poor. Communication poor
This company is a scam. DO NOT APPLY! You will be given a preset schedule of bogus and weak appointment leads. You are told NOT to call in advance to remind the business. (That's wwhen red flag came up for me) Use your own gas, ware and tear on your own vehicle. Company does not reimburse you. You must get the sale or you don't get paid. Pressure from your manager to get the sale. Your manager will undercut you as well to get his/her own quotta so you can't trust them. In the end you quit out of frustration and burning up all your own resources and hard work. They have all your contacts still and they still make money sending another Account Executive who just got scammed as well.
Now try and get the money they owe you, good luck with that! They have no payroll department. I called several times and finally threatened to report them to Canada Labour Standards. They have to pay you at least minimum wage for the hours you did work. (Estimate 1/2 hour for each appointment and 1/2 to get to your destination in between. Report it to Labour Standards Canada to receive at least minimum wage-It's the law here in Canada) It may take up to two years to get the rest of my money from them.
