Having minimal support from the front desk manager

You are the brain/ center of the resort and therefore need to know most everything from where to get and find things to where to go nearby, explain over the phone how to fix little problems like WiFi and TV to knowing which deprtment is resposible for what issues. You're the face of White Point, the person to go to so there is a lot of multitasking and at times very fast paced
