What would you suggest Whissell Contracting management do to prevent others from leaving?

  • Since it's part of how they suck you in and in the contract at hire; Whissell should blow the dust off the wallet and give some money out for bonuses or pay over time for salary staff. Or take it out of the contract all together. If it was a different economy, they would be in a whole lot of trouble. Whissell's time is not free and either is mine.

  • Offer long time employees a chance to work the winter instead of laying them off
