No work/life balance. Schedule changes anytime and getting pulled into meetings that are in your personal time. Lot of politics among the management. Employees on the floor are fun to work with and only means of support you can get. Salary is okay compare to responsibility. Lot of manual work and no proper guidelines for training.

Production Supervisor (Former Employee) - Ontario
This company has been around for a long time and they do things to old way still. Upper managment do not treat supervisors with respect, and can not provide a steady work schedule. Start times are all over the place and it is very very hard to have a family life outside of this company ! Employees on the production floor are ok to work with but it is very hard dealing with ongoing mechanical problems that make the production supervisor duites difficult.

Over all is good but in terms of wages no one is happy. even the crew is less and they need the work to be done in proper way. i mean it wont be possible with less crew.
