This really depends on where you are and how you deal with people. Overall Westland promotes a life/work balance and a fun culture.
If you were in charge, what would you do to make Westland Insurance Group a better place to work?
I would give my staff hands on training and actually support them when they need it
I applied 4 months before I actually moved to The city. The manager wanted to hire me in the phone interview but head office wouldn’t allow until she had an in person interview and then there was no communication for two months before I got an email saying they had approval and wanted me to start 4 days later.
