Good environment. Fun. Good perks and good people to work with. Hours are consistent. Good opportunities and advancement. Sometimes guests are rude because of issues beyond control

Felt very supported during training and adjustment to the CSA role—I enjoy the tasks the job requires even if the pay isn’t amazing and the early hours can be pretty taxing—you just need to make sure you’re taking care of yourself outside of work to have a solid sleep schedule! Customers are usually pretty pleasant too, 95% of the time:)

It’s a very relaxed environment , good work hours.Training was tiring but useful, we got to see a lot of the people that works in the base. Good support so far.

Safety Communication is key Following policies sets anyone up for success Learning in classroom environment And online Teaching the new comers how important it is to ask questions if not sure of procedures , stay up to date on new police’s and commit to following Hardest part of job is taking someone off a full plane because on non compliance
