Their level of second language must be extreme fluency, beyond medical and conversational, If you cannot discuss politics and global affairs in french or whatever your language is then you won’t pass the professional exam they administer from a third party company. Even other major airlines do not test at this level.


This process changes so much. But what I can say is bring your personality. They need people who have street smarts, and a backbone. It’s not a scary place so make sure you show your confidence.
The new HireVue is another approach they are taking which takes the personal factor out of the interview but this day in age, I completely understand.


Classic behavioural interview. "tell me about a time when..." Focus on safety and guest experience and you will be fine.
