Unprofessional bunch of Chinese operators that treat people like garbage. They never followed any brand standards and or treat employees with respect. Terrible owners - run for your life . Marriott ran too and that’s why this hotel is now Pan Pacific hotel.
You can just book this company's job posting alert and see how high the turnover is. The owner gives no respect to loyalty employees and suppliers. All they care is cut on cost, no matter the way is ethical or not. They also trade their positions to immigrant agency. All in all, stay away from this company.
