Poor Management & High Turnover
Nearly all branches are short staffed putting added stress onto agents. Poor management at all levels. Little to no support from upper management whatsoever. The same poor cycle continues without any changes implemented to prevent the same issues from reoccurring.
Issue with staffing results in inability to perform at efficient level and impacts - more... customer service. This leads to MANY unhappy customers and high number of employees who end up on stress leave.
