Bad place to work
Bad place to work very controlling they watch you all the time they say they were there for you and they’re not they say they’ll help you out but they don’t all they do is punish you for anything everything that you do they watch you all the time they put cameras on the mirrors, so they’re watching down the sides of the vehicles They don’t trust their employees And if you do something wrong, they ...

Never recommended to any one
Worst place to work stay away specially if you are a lease operator driver dispatch and terminal manager treat you like a beggar.If you don't give favour to dispatch in the form if free loading other drivers they start treating you badly No respect for drivers and are just a number they keep hiring drivers but not treat well.Always just looking for reason to take away your safety bonus.Favouritism...

Poor management Stressful place to work
Disrespectful place to work. Terminal manager and dispatchers are soo rude to the drivers they damaging the company reputation not a peaceful environment anymore to work in the westcan.

working here teaches you alot about people. understanding them empathically and providing the best advice for the situation. between the staff there was a positive team atmosphere

Terrible place of work
Management is rude and disrespectful, unfair. Unclear about expectations and expect you to break your back for 15$ an hour Worked there for 6 months never saw a raise.
