Good job, good people only issue was that it was a temp hire so I was only employed within the organisation for their busy period over Christmas to handle extra stock intake

this place is a great job to have during school and if you need a flexible schedule. If you like designing and building furniture then this is the place for you.

The job can be fast paced. One needs to have the ability to work with a team and also be independent. If you're looking for a job where you can organise and lift boxes, this is the job for you. Can be overwhelming on weekends at a times but it a easy job on minimum wage.
Pros
Moderate environment, walkie talkies
Cons
Requesting time off

Great place to work. Decent pay. Flexible hours. Managers were almost always available for questions. Stock job was easy once you learn inventory. Very physical.

As an associate at West Elm, William Sonoma Inc. I find the entire mentality to be just wrong. No care is made for any employee who does not have a manager tag next to their name.
Pros
Steady paycheck
Cons
no advancement, poor store mentality, poor compensation for work
