Admissions cashier in Edmonton, AB

Fun place
It was nice working there except if you ran into trouble the security guards took forever to come and help. And when they do come they don’t really do anything about it.

Under Paid and Over Worked
I was hired for my ability to multi task, construction knowledge and overall skill at accomplishing difficult tasks. I soon realized I was just a pawn for making my boss look the best. In the end I was taken advantage of and left hanging after working through one of the most difficult times in my work career.

Do you want to work max hours with the responsibilities of 3 people and the bare minimum breaks?
12 hour shifts, minimal breaks, high stress for the entire time, Day and night shifts, switching sometimes as soon as 24 hours. Monitor 10 screens, a dozen alarms, and many other jobs all at once. You’d better have 4 arms and two sets of eyes.Good for you if you can handle the above, but it’s a lot harder to do than it sounds.Even from my first day, I was told that it was a bad place to work, and saw at least five people leave within 2 months, not including the two people in my position before me who each lasted about a week from what I was told.

Waste of time
Very bad place they hire people who don't speak english then fire them after 2 weeks because they don't speak english. Management is husband/wife duo

Good place for first job. Long hours in heat with barely any breaks. Management was okay. Met lots of great co workers though. Would only work here if you are looking for work experience
