Great learning opportunity
HR (Current Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC8 March 2019
This is a good place to work. I get along well with my team. Have definitely learned a lot since I started here. Every day is a new challenge and I enjoy coming to work.

We recently celebrated Pink Shirt day at work and organized a bake sale.

Very good working environment but low salary and benefits that you need to pay for. Shift work for someone who likes that. Office hours flexible. Overtime available.

Senior Drsser (Former Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC20 May 2018
Poor management and they pay really low wages. They are a Revolving door company. They treat there employees poorly and then they just let them go / wait for them to quit and hire new people

CNC Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC9 October 2017
10 years in this company and wasn't able to earn a "living wage" for vancouver living status. management wants the company to grow but it is simply not possible with the wages they are paying. Do not waste your time here. There are much better opportunities out there without post secondary education.

Great Place to work but...
Pemmer (Current Employee) –  Coquitlam, BC23 January 2017
This is a great place to work with great pay and advancement opportunities. However, this is a rough culture for most people. But for the right person it would be very easy to make friends and family here.

welder (Former Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC12 July 2013
The company puts out highly polished piece at a high standard.
its the in between that sucks.
Employees are in a rat race and will screw you over to forward themselves. They will literally blame you for their mistakes, keep making the same mistakes and pushing it on you.
Some of the employees do cocaine at work and leave you to pick up the slack.
Cons
hostile work enviroment
