Senior Drsser (Former Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC20 May 2018
Poor management and they pay really low wages. They are a Revolving door company. They treat there employees poorly and then they just let them go / wait for them to quit and hire new people

CNC Machine Operator (Former Employee) –  Port Coquitlam, BC9 October 2017
10 years in this company and wasn't able to earn a "living wage" for vancouver living status. management wants the company to grow but it is simply not possible with the wages they are paying. Do not waste your time here. There are much better opportunities out there without post secondary education.

Great Place to work but...
Pemmer (Current Employee) –  Coquitlam, BC23 January 2017
This is a great place to work with great pay and advancement opportunities. However, this is a rough culture for most people. But for the right person it would be very easy to make friends and family here.

Verbally abusive, under paid, over worked, promise of profit shares but never a profit, demanding, but is it up to you. They made a lot of promises that they did not keep, and called me a cancer for pointing out to others that were underpaid.
