My time at Wesclean
I really enjoyed my time at Wesclean because everyone was a team and would even hang out after work. I was responsible for some big accounts and it made me feel like I was an important and needed part of the team, and my role had a purpose.

Not family oriented
Before Wesclean was purchased by Bunzl, it was family oriented. I looked forward to going into work everyday and learning new things. I worked closely with the people in my area and we were family. We had bbq’s, events, trips and all around good times. Once it was purchased in 2012, all those perks stopped. We became a number and more and more was demanded and less encouragement was given. The stress level escalated with very little help or information being passed down from management. It was not a happy environment to spend time in.

This company is riddled with toxic management, favoritism, conflicts of interest and dishonesty. Don't get me wrong there are some good people but the rot in this company is so embedded at the top it will likely never change. Look I know the times can be tough and I myself went through them but I very strongly recommend you hold out for something else. I learned a lesson working here that all the worst experiences combined could never equal what this one was. I learned no matter how bad my future employers could be that they will never be as bad as this one was. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE that either quit or got fired found themselves in a much better place and a smile on their face.
