Decent place to work, not a horrible environment. Have to ensure that you are good at your tasks to keep up with how busy it is! Overall would recommend it.
i have worked the same franchise approximately 2 years and it was wonderful experience. staff was so polite. i have learned a lot things from staff, from managers and from customers as well. the most important thing i have learned is patience.
Decent to start off perhaps. Not worth staying long term over here. Management expectations are a lot. Overall a bad experience and would not recommend.
The only good part of working at Wendys was the coworkers that I met, other than that it was a terrible job overall. probably the worst part was the management.
Good student job with flexible shifts. Your experience will depend on your team but I was lucky to have a good one, so I enjoyed my time there a lot!
