Understaffed, stressful location.
WF isn't hiding the fact that retail banking is dying and they will run their branches under staffed and sadly bigger markets take all the resources from the smaller markets.
With no sales goals, the only goals the teller team got were customer service, which only counted if the marks were all 5.
Typical day would be fairly busy, if the branch isn't understaffed then the day will go smoothly for the most part.
Some management was really good when it came to support and training. Other management staff would do things their own way and not do what was best for the rest of the staff in the long run.
Most enjoyable things at the job would be servicing customers the right way. Not just getting them products or services but knowing you made their day even if it is just with a conversation.
