What advice would you give the CEO of Well.ca about how to improve the company?

Go down a steep hill on a unicycle.
They ask this question in surveys at work and it goes on deaf ears. They don’t like employees options.
It seems like the warehouse/packing department has a pretty high turnover and with being in customer care I have had customers say they felt their packages have been tampered with by a sour employee. That is not a good sign. I would work with the warehouse team like you have with the customer care team to make a strong foundation for the warehouse employees
Get some consistency in try to keep people from leaving.
Find a good back doctor for all your shipper!!!
