  • Management has unrealistic expectations for goals, then you are goaded over a PA system told to hurry up. They do not take into consideration any things that might hold you up from doing a fast pick run - ie- Staying socially distant when there are people in front of what you need to pick etc. Sizes of orders (both # of pieces and size of pieces) are not taken into consideration for packing - metrics are set the same for a 75 piece order or a 1 piece order.
    They don't offer extra training or help to anyone that is not meeting their goals, only tell you that you just need to do better.

    Insanely hot in the summer, short breaks - docked 1/2 days vacation for being 1-2 minutes late.

    Inventory control and Receiving are overrun with changes and new implements without the staff support to manage.


  • Toxic work environment.

  • Freezing cold working conditions in the winter and absolutely ridiculously hot in the summer. Warehouse was 29 degrees inside this past summer. Walking 8 hrs straight and picking is exhausting. Only a 30 min break and a 15 min for your entire shift. Management need to rotate tasks for people. Depressing sad place to work.

  • The environment is toxic. The upper management is clueless. Nobody cares what you have to say

  • Team Leads are horrible and not understanding, and favouritism is a thing! read the many reviews people have stated because it is all true! people who you work with can be extremely rude and make the whole work area tense because they are absolutely miserable people HR is not understanding & will make up some lame excuse to dismiss your problems! stay away from this place if you wanted to be treated like a decent employee

  • Employees are pushed to work harder and faster so it is physically demanding. However most would say management. Lack of communication between hr and team leads. And team leads work ethics and relationships with the workers. Alot of favoritism for sure.
