Welder/Fabricator (Former Employee) –  Fort McMurray, AB1 April 2019
Just about the worst place you could possibly work as a welder. Management expects the impossible and blame the workers if something does not go right even though in most cases they were told it was not going to work. There is no security here no matter how good you are. If you speak up about anything at all they will fire you without question. Great crews but just terrible leadership.

Floor employees are the only good thing about working . All managers are untrained and can not set really goals for production and will not help you in any way and will make there unrealistic expectations your problem .Always looking to take something from the employees to save money and look like heroes to corporate.

General Helper (Former Employee) –  Edmonton, AB16 January 2017
The pay was decent. The people were great. But management was a nightmare. Be careful not to make the wrong people angry up top otherwise a very big target will be painted on your back and the list of names for layoffs will be extended
Pros
Friendly work enviornment
