What is the best part of working at the company?Minimum wage is good starting $17 and weekends off. Fixed hour job What is the most stressful part about working at the company?If you are a people person then it is for you. But if you don’t like interacting then this is notMeant for you . What is the work environment and culture like at the company?But stressful but that’s bearable What is a typical day like for you at the company?Swarmed with resident complaint and handling some entitled people requests.

I love my job with Weidner apartment homes! I have a good team and I like the company culture. It can be challenging at times but I feel as if there is always support!

They are going to ask you to work above and beyond then pay little. They are not very considerate of your opinion, they only care about their own. Not a good place to work with. You have to be a YES person if you wanted to go along with them. Very toxic and only care about themselves. They will try their best to be cheap so they can have bonus for themselves. They are expecting for you to stay longer but not willing to pay for overtime. Not recommended.

Job was okay. Pay could be better and more training should be provided but overall a decent job with room for advancement in the industry. Dealing with certain tenants can be a headache so stressful at times.
