Depends on office hours
8 am-5 pm is fine. $10 per day for on-call is almost insulting. To give literally 3 months of my life per year for an extra $900 per year is not worth it. You start at 8 am on Tuesday and are at work 100% of the time until 8 am next Tuesday. $10/day. 24 hours in a day... pretty low hourly wage $0.42 an hour is what your time is worth to them. Work out of town? Well you get paid 8-5, the other 16 hours you spend at the hotel you get nothing. Literally nothing extra.
