Joining this company has been the best decision I've ever made. The team is incredibly supportive, fostering open communication and a unique, welcoming, and fun work culture.I previously came from another agency where I felt I could never take a step back or close my laptop after hours. Webrunner does an amazing job at distributing their workload amongst team members allowing for a beautiful work-life balance, with additional flexibility. The owners and management genuinely care about their employees and value their input as we continue to grow rapidly. It's an amazing place to work, I would highly recommend joining our team!

Ironically, I like the job so much that I personally find it hard to want to stop contributing lol.

A fast-growing business with a great company culture!

I am working at Webrunner since 2021 spring. I cannot be more happy for being a member of this great team. Webrunner is growing really fast and steady. It is a great opportunity to improve your skills and growing your career with Webrunner. The managers have great work ethic. They are respectful and friendly at the same time to the others. It is a pleasure to work with this team.

- It takes too much time to find a con, which is time-consuming.

Working at Webrunner is breath of fresh air, they are creating a new standard of work and are looking out for their employees.

Started working at Webrunner in early Fall 2021. Greatest career choice ever made. Everyone is just a click or video call away if you're having trouble with a project or task. Working in an agency setting comes with its ups and downs. Every client is different, but with time you get a better understanding of each of them and the industry.Upper management makes you feel a sense of inclusion in different projects you may be working on and are always open to new suggestions.

- Flex schedule - Health care benefits and more - Great perks like extra days off - Work from Home

Cons

- Work from Home can be a bit lonely.

The Best of the Best! Fabulous team and work environment!

Joined the team this summer and best decision ever! Such a pleasant and refreshing work environment with amazing, skilled and passionate people. The work itself is very interesting, the support is constant and the team dynamic is fantastic. Employees feel valued and are very motivated to succeed.

Pros

Wonderful team and management, Work/Life Balance, Open-minded and modern work environment, Flexibility and Work-from-home, Great benefits.

Cons

Lots of information to learn but that comes with time, Time-management skills and great communication are a must.

Great work environment with great work life balance

Webrunner is comprised of a well-educated, good group of people. Very much a team vibe and works on a common goal. The work is remote and allows you to work in the comfort of your own productivity.

Amazing Team, Leadership that Cares!

Webrunner is a phenomenal place to work. Even with a Work From Home policy you don't feel alone. You have people there to support you and the company truly cares about Work/Life Balance. Not only that the rest of the team is super passionate about their work and are always available to jump in and support you if needed.

Lots of Autonomy and self accountability, you definitely need to know how to manage your time and how to stay ontop of your work.

Company that values people

Great bunch of people, team environment, work/life balance, fun, engaging.Learning about the online marketing industry and construction/home improvement industry comes with its challenges, but there are some great people in this company who will be great mentors.Looking forward to growing with this Company

Best company in Montreal, hands down. This company does everything right!

Webrunner is an outstanding company. I would give them 10 stars if I were able to. The job has an amazing work/life balance, management is always willing to teach you & help, the culture is that of a very close-knit family, salary is very competitive and there is so much room for advancement within the company. Working remote is also one of the great advantages of working here + the dress code is very casual which is another added bonus. I can't say enough good things about working here. Webrunner does everything right!

Great environment, dynamic industry, fun place to work.

If you're into the many different facets of digital marketing, this is an awesome place to work. There's lots of growth potential and the company is led by a management team that really puts its people first. Happy to have found this place. Doesn't really feel like work.
