Debt and cuts have made Weatherford a difficult place to work
When I started back in 2011 this was a great place to work for, great salary, good work environment, management was very supportive and there was free lunches and events all year long.
Since the down turn in the oil industry and the layers and layers of cuts it became a difficult place to work.
Employees are required to wear multiple hats and - more... fill in for every additional layoff, this leads to over work and a very high stress environment. Due to lack of employees for work there is very little if any accountability from the top down.
Corporate says all the right things and have plans a ... - less
ProsGood pay\benefits, hours are flexible when needed
Consover worked, high stress, multiple responsibilities due to cuts, no accountability from management at all
