Good benefits, no training offered

Turnover is crazy, from entry level to mgmt.Corporate structure is disorganized, no one is accountable or offers options and measurable outcomes and solutions. No training for new staff. Experienced staff leave because the hire mgrs with no experience and are not accountable

Culture was great on the team I worked with. I was disappointed that there was little flexibility with hours as we had to be available 830-430 to align with VACs regular office hours. Great Benefits but Not Worth It
