Extreme workload with unrealistic case load depends
Great benefits and pay but the workload is extremely unreasonable and not sustainable. High turnover rate due to high case loads and no real solution in sight.

Would not recommend
They will bombard you with work. Everything is tracked and monitored. You need to work fast and do what they want. Letters are all templates. You will work with many difficult clients. Management is not supportive. They are all stepping on each other's backs to get to the top. Just a terrible work culture. They will burn you out and throw you away.

Seemed amazing- until it wasn't
I was disappointed- I loved my team and felt supported and trusted them with sharing some personal struggles, big mistake, all of a sudden I was getting "pretend" complaints about me from coworkers and untrue performance-related feedback, it was really upsetting that an organization, that on the surface claims to be so amazing, isn't underneath.

Great place to work
Employees feel valued and work life balance/benefits are great. Remote work is one of the best parts about this job.Workload can get overwhelming most of the time, adjudicators are not paid enough for the amount of work coming in. Overall a great place to work. Someone once told me, working here is like winning the lottery, and I would agree.

Amazing company, but workload is excessive
Overall WCB was a great place to work. Many great employees, supportive leadership, and benefits and work-life balance are above what you’ll find anywhere else. My only criticism is the workload. Plans from upper management are too ambitious for the resources available to support the work. Resulting in employees struggling to meet deadlines and jeopardizing their mental health in the process.
