Great guys, enjoyed supervisors, fun easy going environment
Great place. Great guys, work is easy if you want to work. Low pay tho to start. Supervisors are easy going, like to laugh and have a good time. Lots of pressure from front office

Tons of work with lack of proper training, good pay and constant hours.
Work ethic needs fixing, older workers need a speaking to about handing work loads off to newer employees. Proper training for the jobs. The pay is good and the hours consistent which is nice BUT working in all types of weather with forklifts breaking down often and heaters/fans doing next to nothing is a big draw back.

low moral, poor culture
Management is dispondent. Frequently misrepresent things. Nobody cares about anything, income level is okay but not worth tollerating the negatives. No room for advancement.

Laid back environment
