The Management is great,I worked here for 1year as machine operator Im full time salary is minimum very low even you hired full time the same 15per hr.This minimum wage cant feed your family. Some of the machine operators are resigned coz of the salary is too low all the car parts are for luxury cars but theminimum wage is disappointingminimum wage.

Toxic place to work

Operator/Labourer (Current Employee) - 401 spinnaker way - 19 August 2020

Worse place i have ever worked for in my life. After working for two years as an agency worker Sorting parts then being hired full time for a year as a press operator im still being payed minimum wage. No room to move up in this company and Tool room workers are very rude and disrespectful and management is horrible. Operators working here for more than 10 years and no raise or chance to move up in company. Cannot feed your family working here. Stay away!!!! Worse place to work for

The only issue is the lack of proper performance appraisal and pay raise in a timely manner. The manager is a fantastic knowledgeable and hard working person

Production no safety, report may get send home or no give OT Press and wiring old and dangerous ask maintenace all shout and do no work very bad place
