The Management is great,I worked here for 1year as machine operator Im full time salary is minimum very low even you hired full time the same 15per hr.This minimum wage cant feed your family. Some of the machine operators are resigned coz of the salary is too low all the car parts are for luxury cars but theminimum wage is disappointingminimum wage.

Try to work here if not just wasting your time

Warren is a good place to work, management are supportive, nice to work with, nice people to work with. Fast paced but flexible on working hours. Be open , you can do the job

Toxic place to work

Operator/Labourer (Current Employee) - 401 spinnaker way - 19 August 2020

Worse place i have ever worked for in my life. After working for two years as an agency worker Sorting parts then being hired full time for a year as a press operator im still being payed minimum wage. No room to move up in this company and Tool room workers are very rude and disrespectful and management is horrible. Operators working here for more than 10 years and no raise or chance to move up in company. Cannot feed your family working here. Stay away!!!! Worse place to work for

Operator (Current Employee) - 401 spinnaker way. - 17 March 2020

Unsafe at any speed. Filthy conditions. Air is foul. Management is like bullies and verbal harassment. Poor training. Low pay. Rotten hours. Dirty lunch rooms. First aid room locked. Old equipment. Office politics is disturbing.

Teaches you to take a beating, mentally and physically.

Workers get along

Worse place to work management has a buddy system brings friends in and gives higher positions without experience or licence than current workers. Management is lost without floor worker.

nice company overall, including nice work culture, great management team, great HR department, very technical environment including advancing blueprints, GD&T, CMM. you could go to every departments and ask them for information you might need to improve your work and knowledge and they would happily help you through that.
