Toxic place to work

Operator/Labourer (Current Employee) - 401 spinnaker way - 19 August 2020

Worse place i have ever worked for in my life. After working for two years as an agency worker Sorting parts then being hired full time for a year as a press operator im still being payed minimum wage. No room to move up in this company and Tool room workers are very rude and disrespectful and management is horrible. Operators working here for more than 10 years and no raise or chance to move up in company. Cannot feed your family working here. Stay away!!!! Worse place to work for

Warren Industries Ltd is a good place to work, the tool room manager at 401 Spinnaker Way is the best manager I ever work for in this industry. I was very lucky to have such a great boss.

Productive and fast paced

The only issue is the lack of proper performance appraisal and pay raise in a timely manner. The manager is a fantastic knowledgeable and hard working person
