Very busy work environment whith little management support

The most useful review selected by IndeedThe job objective/goals are not achievable as the load is not manageable leading to long and exhausting working days. The work load is so high to force one to work from home Monday to Sunday and contributing to the worker poor quality of life.

nice company overall, including nice work culture, great management team, great HR department, very technical environment including advancing blueprints, GD&T, CMM. you could go to every departments and ask them for information you might need to improve your work and knowledge and they would happily help you through that.
