  • Stop making drivers go to the office to hand in paperwork. Put a drop box at the shop instead, seeing as the driver is at the shop everyday anyways to get fuel.

    Also, if picking trailer paperwork up at the office is required, put the paperwork in a bin that the drivers can access. Too much time waisted standing there waiting for a dispatcher to become available, so they can hand it to you.

  • I would make it so that only one dispatcher can make a decision not three or four of them way to much confusion also make it optional for North drivers to do extras 10hr days is way more than enough for some

  • 1) Have a pension plan
    2) Have yearly work boot allowance

    3) Have vision coverage

    4) Give drivers option to bank up to 2 weeks/year OT to use as time off

  • Pay proper overtime and pay local drivers by the hour.

    Hire a fresh, approachable HR and safety department.

  • Respect your drivers pay them well and you won't have any problems besides it's the drivers that hold that company on there feet

  • Converse with drivers, to learn issues, and address them.
