Technical Specialist (Former Employee) –  Pickering, ON31 March 2014
Wardorp, sadly no longer a company has been bought out by Tetra tech last I heard.

- A typical day at work
Walk in early, looks at laundry list of things to do, grab some coffee and walk around and talk to project leads to priority tasks.
Work details varied from job to job, but the majority were Database work, or projecting cost estimates. Worked on either of those all day unless a issue arose.
Relaxed environment allowed to take breaks when need and chat with co-workers so long as you stayed on deadlines.

- What you learned
How to dead with hard deadlines, manage time and Project money.

- Management
My particular role did not have to dealt with Projects leads more as co-workers than management.

- Your co-workers
Desk mate ans co-workers were always pleasant to chat with.

- the hardest part of the job
The late nights.

- The most enjoyable part of the job
See all the late nights pay off.
Pros
A prefect balance of relax work environment and dedicated hard workers.
Cons
Other than a hardarche here or there; Nothing.

Mechanical Design CAD Assistant (Co-op) (Former Employee) –  Mississauga, ON21 August 2012
I really loved working as co-op student, but workers don't have job security. It all depends on projects. I had to go to different companies and test machines and right quick reports.
Pros
nice place to work and go on client sites.
Cons
job security
