Would work for them again

One of the better shops I've worked in and the fruits of your labor will be a part of history
In my time at Walters, I have increased the amount of certifications I hold.I have made amazing friends and memories.I have received fair pay increase and performance appraisal.I have learned a wealth of knowledge about the steel construction industry.I have helped fabricate countless tens of thousands of tons for structural steel projects spanning high-rise towers to mine shafts.It is rewarding to visit or point out recognizable pieces of infrastructure you helped create that will be standing 100 years from now.Fully loaded toolbox, Uniforms, PPE and an iPad are standard issue.Welder in Hamilton, ON

They keep you until your at max pay then give you a packege and let you go

Good place to work
I started on straight nights in may 2012,And did that for a couple months! Then i was put on days for more training, because i needed more training! Very pleased how Walters has helped me and gave me the time to learn more! I am now in my 8 year and I’m still enjoying everyday!What would you say about your employer?
