Great first job
As a high school student part time work is very important and the hours at Walmart are flexible. Many highschoolers work there so this makes a great place for a first job. There isn’t a pressure of working with strictly adults but still gives you a sense responsibility and will prepare you for some jobs in the future

Poorly Managed
Managers often overbook certain associates and undertook others, resulting in lots of shifts with heavy workloads by yourself. Severely understaffed for the amount of work required each day

Good place to start
It’s an amazing place to work as a student or if your close to retirement. But sadly if you need to work for a living, Walmart is very stressful and demanding both physically and emotionally. So be prepared to work and take a lot of feedback. Ether negative or positive.
