Good place to work part time. Lots of politics if you are working full time. If you are looking for a place to work where you can just keep your head down and do your job this is a good place to work.

Lack of Communication

It'd be great if the higher ups were all on the same page with communication, but instead you're getting told 1000 different things to do by all of them. The they get mad when you don't do what you're told.... hmm well who exactly do I listen to?!

Good place but no work life balance

This is really a demanding job. You always have tons of work which never ends. Walmart provides two 15 min breaks and and one 1 hr. meal break. But I do not remember of taking 15 min breaks in last one year.
