Walmart Employee Review

Overall Great Company!

Wonderful company and culture depending on the market or region where you work. The culture is driven by the leadership at the top- depending on who’s in charge it might be good or bad- but they turnover executives so fast a few months later someone new is taking over anyway- so just ride the storm.

Good culture of team work

Lots of systems in place to help employees at every level. Learning available through online courses all the time. Good communication and tools for sharing messages across the board.

You need to move to grow in Home Office Role.

Culture is excellent except in Ottawa. Respect for the individual is questionable. New manager is condensing in her conversation. Does not recognize your dedication unless her superiors are around.

Pros

Pay, Co-workers, flexibility

Cons

Always wondering if you are next. Coach was unprofessional.
