Have good work culture and moral standard. Good relationship between Management and employees. Employees are provided with the right training and equipment to work. Pay rate balance with work.

Walmart could be a great place to work if the senior executive management, who obviously have great intention for their staffing, get down into the work zones (warehouses) to see how their managers deal with staff. My experience wasn't a pleasant one and my conclusion at the end of it all is this: Walmart is exposed to a huge influx of job seekers and as a result, machine and goods handlers have been taken for granted because they can easily be replaced. Only a crop of Managers or Team Leads are responsible enough to deliver their roles.
Pros
None
Cons
Poor pay, against the volume of work requested.

Good team - but the change of management after 2015 - created the environment more uncertain. Till 2012 the company was under the banner of SCM - with core values of Respect for all.
