Milton location is horrible, the ghs order pickers are useless, they literally put one item in a tote, there is zero common sence, when you suggest ways to make it easier for the next person to do their job it fall on the deaf ears of managers. This place is like high school alover, there is a click of women who are best friends. So if you dont fit in they will force you out. I've only been here a month, and I want to quit. This place sucks as an employer. Doing the right thing around here doesnt work, except verbal abuse and if you do the right thing but writing a statement against your attacker you will be written up. Try to voice your opinions on how to make your job and others jobs easier and you would be wasting your time.
Pros
Stock options if u can last 3 months
Cons
Freedom of delivering on your own

Great place to work. Hourly pay, great runs, easy no touch freight. Newer trucks and trailers. Highest hourly wage in the area. They treat the drivers very fair.

very unstable environment. low job security with uncertain future. management is rude and does not care about drivers and their needs. its all about them and their loads....also they seem to hire only one type of drivers and lack diversity. better off somewhere else.
Pros
weekly pay
Cons
equipment, management, shifts, instability

Good place to work for the most part. They will give you a great shift to start and then you'll get screwed when shift bids come around because you have no seniority. Be prepared to work nights and weekends with split days off. They will push you and if you don't say when, they will reprimand you for going over 14 hours. Production above all else. If you stop for more than 15 mins they will pull you in the office and take it of your pay. Management doesn't care about you.

Below market rates for pay. No home time , cancel your shifts without notice Sharing trucks with some dirty co-workers Having to slip seat trucks and share bunk trucks and who knows who slept in the bunk last Scary way to treat workers and they don't care about anything but move the loads.
Pros
None
Cons
Way to many

This is probably the worst place to work. They cancel shifts all the time just before you about to leave the house for work. No preferrence given even if you have years of seniority. There is no work yet they keep hiring new drivers. As i am writing this there is "Sponsered Ad" for their hiring even though they have cancelled my 2 shifts this month. They have no clue whats going. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MESS. you cant have stable income from this place.
Pros
nothing
Cons
no work, shift cancelling, bad dispatch and management
