J'aimais bien mon travail, mais j'ai arrêté après deux mois, car ma relation avec le directeur adjoint ne faisait que s'aggraver.

Les autres employés parlaient rarement avec moi.
Wal-Mart seems to like hiring ridiculously unexperienced managers/co-managers who don't care about their staff at all. To them, we are only numbers and they often say they can replace you at any time. Disrespectful, arrogant, won't listen to new ideas, always think they are right. The training is a complete joke, you are thrown in your department and told to "have fun". Management cannot merchandise for the life of them and they cannot make schedules that make any sense at all. The workload is huge and the consecutive work days are frequent because you know what? NOBODY wants to work for a tyrant. Wal-Mart is becoming the biggest joke in the world and to prove that point, they have to hire a third party company to take over their incompetence. DO NOT work for these people, they will suck you dry of all your energy then throw you away like a used tissue. Shame on you Wal-Mart
Salary unrealistic, working in the Granby store has completely changed the way I look at WalMart as a company. Management tends to favor people that have no mind of their own, do not know how to say what they want. If you aren't n the "Klick" you will never get ahead in the company.
They dont know how to deal with problems they themselves caused. Employees dont work and arent for most of them friendly. Obviously the only thing that matters to them is to make money. They do not care about their employees

Répondre au besoin du client, passer les articles, emballer les achats et remercier le client. Placer la marchandises sur les tablettes et répondre au téléphone et aider les clients a trouver ce qu'ils cherchent.
paie pas beaucoup de l'heure et pas assez d'employé
la direction ne fais pas assez bien leur travail. Le salaire l'horaire et bonus est avantageux.
