The flexibility on hours

Answered

I was a full-time team lead, and having to have open availability was taken advantage of. I worked at least half of every weekend and rarely ever had two consecutive days off. The crazy hours, combined with unreasonable expectations from management with minimal training pushed me to my limit, and I had to quit to keep my sanity. Once I got out. My quality of life increased dramatically, and I'm finally happy again.

It was very open and positive at most times. The credit-card sales were very pushed, but it didn't make the day drag.

Almost every part of the job is a nightmare. Its so bad I have anxiety attacks THINKING about going into work. Awful hellscape.

Answered

Relatively relaxed, with focus on completing the assigned tasks on time but without any serious fear of repercussions or penalties for missing deadlines. Doing the job right and on time is the priority, but not finishing a day's task every once and a while doesn't result in serious repercussions (low stress-job).
