This is a loaded question, the truth is Walmart WANTS people to leave. All day you here "coach them out the door", and long term salary managers are given a "package" to keep wages down.
The truth is Walmart doesn't really mind the revolving door because they don't want people to get "too cozy" in their position and to keep wages lower as new hires will start at a lower salary.
Remember Walmart is a LOW COST OPERATOR, and wages must be kept low to meet that business objective.
