I was interviewed along side a group of others applying to several positions.

The manager asked us to "Find a medium sized, non perishable item that best describes you (personality); something that brings you Walmart". We discussed our item after returning with it. This helped to break the ice.
They ran through several retail scenarios, asking us to rate each important to not important, applicable or not applicable (to working at Walmart). Each interviewee responded to each question by speaking aloud and we all had the chance to discuss each decision throughly.

The interview lasted 45 minutes or so.
