Mostly scenarios questions like “What would you do if a customer spills a drink on your till?” “What would you do if there’s an enrage customer?” Also “Tell me about yourself?” there are a lot more of scenarios questions but they’re all easy. Just be true to yourself and always smile.. if you tend to be nervous and stutter when you speak, just laugh it off and try to say it again clearly. Most managers are very understanding especially when it’s your first time doing an interview.. well for mine atleast, my interviewer even helped me and motivated me to not be nervous.
