  • After you go on a scavenger hunt for items on a list, they asked us if we could be any item, what would it be and why. Return to the training room on time even if you don't locate all items on your list. They want to see you smile, be friendly, polite, calm and teachable. Customer safety is a very high priority.

It lasted about 8 minutes, I got asked to describe myself, my past work experiences, availabilities(if you’re planning on working and going to school at the same time) asked how I would deal in a situation with a difficult costumer, that’s pretty much it.
