After you go on a scavenger hunt for items on a list, they asked us if we could be any item, what would it be and why. Return to the training room on time even if you don't locate all items on your list. They want to see you smile, be friendly, polite, calm and teachable. Customer safety is a very high priority.
They asked my 3 questions:
1. If you found out you made a mistake, what would you do?
2. What would you do to achieve a goal that you need?
3. When you are asked for where to get a product, you know where the aisle is but you are busy. What would you do?Why do you want to work here
My experience with my interviewer was really good. It lasted about 8 minutes, I got asked to describe myself, my past work experiences, availabilities(if you’re planning on working and going to school at the same time) asked how I would deal in a situation with a difficult costumer, that’s pretty much it. That’s my experience.
